DPD Next Day Shipping: £8.95 Large Parcels
Royal Mail 1st Class £3.95 Small Parcels

All of our orders are checked and securely packaged before being dispatched to you. Our main shipping agent is DPD (in mainland UK) and full tracking information is available on all DPD shipments.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, any orders placed before 11.30pm will be shipped the same day any orders placed after 11.30pm will be shipped the following working day, for any goods ordered on Friday these will be shipped on a next working day service for delivery on Tuesday. Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

General returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for a refund, shipping costs are non-refundable with exception to a faulty item as detailed below under ‘Warranty Returns’.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will gladly exchange items for you and cover the cost of UK shipping for a single exchange, if you find that the item you have ordered is not suitable or isn’t the correct fit for you within our 14-day exchange period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new/unused condition (the same condition that you received it). It must also be in the original packaging with the labels intact where applicable.

Warranty Returns

If in the unfortunate event of a fault we will require you to fill out and include the return/exchange form that will be included with your order, failure to complete this may result in a delay in your warranty claim being processed. You will need to contact us via the contact form on our website or via email using for us to email you a prepaid return label.

All of our products carry a minimum of 12 months guarantee

Please note accident/wear and tear will be applied.

Faulty items will be repaired or replaced based on the manufacturer’s guidelines.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer as your warranty stands with us as your supplier.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If your issue is still not resolved please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Late or missing deliveries

If you haven’t received your delivery after 48 hours, first check that your friends/neighbours haven’t signed for the delivery on your behalf, if you still can’t locate your parcel, please contact us via the contact form on our website or via email at will raise a claim on your behalf with our carrier and keep you informed as we receive updates, a typical claim period is 10 days.
